With a manifesto including forcing Thames Water bosses to "take a dip in the Thames to see how they like it", building "at least one affordable home" and threatening people who listen to music out loud without headphones with conscription, Count Binface has my vote.
To commemorate this auspicious date, I have created a magnificent plate featuring the nation's favourite bin.
