Every year, sisters Helena and Georgina jet off on a two-week wellness retreat in Ibiza where they practice Mindfulness, Breathwork and Origami Yoga amongst other rebalancing activities (Chakra Tennis is their favourite). But a week before they go, they like to have a decadent High Tea where they indulge in all their vices, reasoning that their holistic holiday will fix the damage. And what a delicious tea it is! First course is a 'herbal' cigarette which immediately puts them in the mood for moist sweetleaf brownies (which are incredibly moreish), followed by a few lines of Columbia's finest, which helps curb the cravings to eat ALL the brownies in the world. And finally, they help themselves to a handful of colourful 'sweeties' which get them in the mindset for Ibiza (let's face it, wellness-schmellness. They'll probably spend two weeks in Pascha)
