The Cock Inn
The Cock Inn

It was June 21 and the residents of Piddletown were partying like it was 1699. The plague had been finally been defeated (well, 'contained', thanks to the vaccine) so the villagers had headed straight for the local pub, The Cock Inn, to celebrate being allowed out of their homes for the first time in 15 months. Mrs Crudshank had even brought her per duck along for the ride (Donald loved beer)! The villagers were so happy to be able to catch up with each other but the only thing was, no one had done anything or been anywhere for the past year, so there was nothing to talk about! Thankfully, everyone had a banana bread recipe to share so all was not lost. Cheers!
