The children of the village of Candlerise were intrigued. A brand new shop had opened and it looked very exciting with its exotic-looking toys in the window and bright neon signs. The only trouble was, children were not allowed to go inside and they had no idea why! Luckily, they had spotted little Davey Brown's father go in earlier, so they decided to wait for him to come out and then see exactly what he had purchased...
