Pauline had worked hard(ish) all year with barely any time off (except the 17 sick days she'd already taken) so decided today, she'd earned a sickie. Setting her alarm for 9am to call the boss, Pauline put on her best croaky voice to inform her she had a cold (which much to Pauline's relief, she bought) and then after a leisurely breakfast in bed, put on her comfiest sweatshirt and pants and settled down on the chaise. Apart from ordering in, she didn't move a muscle all day except for picking up the remote and scrolling Instagram. After enjoying the ITV Daytime schedule from Lorraine to Loose Women, she spent the afternoon eating her way through the treats cupboard and catching up on 'Love Is Blind' and 'Married At First Sight' (Australia.
